Evidence/activity/anecdote:
Mutual respect is the backbone of a well-run classroom. At the beginning of the year the talked about respect toward the teacher, students, as well as to themselves. This is modeled by me daily, sometimes with things as simple as greetings, manners, and listening to another students opinions and ideas.

In an international school, cultural diversity is very important. The 4th grade celebrates cultural diversity through activities such as our sharing lunch and Chinese New Years activities.
